1. What the program is

Mándalo, a service of Red Dog Road, Inc., sends text messages (SMS and MMS) and WhatsApp messages for two purposes:

  • To people who run or work for a business that uses Mándalo. Replies to your requests, quotes and invoices for your approval, daily schedules, payment updates, reminders, and account alerts.
  • On behalf of a business, to its clients. Quotes, invoices, payment links and receipts, appointment confirmations and changes, payment reminders, and replies to questions you send the business.

We do not send marketing messages through this program.

2. How you opt in

  • Business owners and team members opt in when they sign up for Mándalo and text the Mándalo number, or when an owner adds them and they reply to confirm.
  • Clients of a business opt in when they give their mobile number to that business and agree to receive texts about their service, or when they text the business’s Mándalo number first.

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your activity and the services you receive. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

4. How to get help

Reply HELP (or AYUDA) to any message for help, or email support@mandalo.ai.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP (or ALTO) to stop receiving messages from that number. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more messages from that number. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

6. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

7. WhatsApp

When we message you on WhatsApp, these terms apply, along with WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. You can stop WhatsApp messages the same way, by replying STOP, or by blocking the number in WhatsApp.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
